The lots are located in the beautiful Wisteria section, near the Mausoleum, in block 24, Lot #1, Southwest quarter, grave #1, and Northwest quarter, grave #2. These lots are NOT together, there are 2 gravesites in-between them. The current selling price of these lots are $2,100.00 each (if the cemetery were to sell them) . I am only asking $1250.00 each. If both lots are purchased together, there will be a $235.00 transfer fee, paid by the buyer. If the lots are purchased separately, the $235.00 transfer fee will be charged for each lot.
